Thoor Ballylee opened its doors for the new season on Easter Saturday with visitors greeted with tea, brack, and music by Bríd MacNamara.
After a recent deep-clean, the tower is looking fabulous and ready to welcome visitors from all over the world, and close to home.
This year promises an exciting programme of cultural events, performances, talks, and workshops, including artist residencies, an international poetry symposium, exhibitions and more. Keep an eye on our Events page and socials, where details of the programme will be announced in the coming weeks.

Thoor Ballylee will be open during Easter week 11:00 to 16:00 daily and on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday to the end of April 2026. From May onwards daily opening times will be 10:00 to 17:00.
